Online Exam declared: Students get big success, Online MCQ exam ideal pattern, uniformity must be maintained 🔥 🔥

Hello everyone!! A very warm welcome to technical_spc. As we all know that students have moved to high court for justice. In case if you have missed any of the updates please go through this blog. So, here is an another update regarding the decision of high court.

If exams in some universities are conducted in online pattern then definitely this is an injustice with the other students. Some where this discrimination is happening and this should not happen anymore, for that all the students and student organizations are trying to make realize the education system about this.

This is the circular of Kolhapur University, this university has declared the GR for law students to conduct online examinations and all the dates for the exams are completely declared.

It is clearly mentioned that the exam will be conducted in online multiple choice questions (MCQ) pattern and exam will be for 1 hour and of 50 marks in that 25 questions will be there from whole syllabus and each question will have 2 marks.

So the uniformity in the examinations must me maintained in all the states is the final decision of the High Court.

Finally the student unity has won because high court has given the decision in the favor of students. The judgement from high court has come and the point no. 4 clearly says that the meeting dated on 25th April 2022 conducted by the honorable Minister, Higher and Technical Education, State of Maharashtra, a point regarding uniformity in the exam was discussed in that meeting so that should be implemented in all the states and for that the decision should be taken by listening to the petitioners no. 1 or no. 2. Also, there is a meeting between the petitioners and the directors on 16th June 2022 at 12:00 noon. And it is clearly mentioned in the judgement that all the suggestions given by the petitioners shall be considered by the Respondent no. 1 - State in accordance with law. Now here, we have an opportunity to decide the pattern of the exams.

Now the exams that are scheduled from 2nd June will be followed according to the given schedule. As well as the exams that are scheduled later there are chances in the change of their exam pattern.
