🔥 MCQ Exam Update : Maharashtra Students Moves to High Court

Hello my dear friends!! Welcome to technical_spc. An another sizzling update regarding Summer Exams 2022. Let us discuss about that.

In spite of lot's and lot's of discussions, protests students did not get justice. The fundamental rights of students are violating under the article no. 14 Right to equality, article no. 15 No discrimination and article no. 19 Freedom of speech. So students from all the universities have moved towards High court for justice.

Students with all unity have demanded the exams to be conducted in same pattern. They also added that result should also be declared as soon as possible because, on 24th April a meeting was conducted with education minister and some points regarding summer exams 2022 were discussed and also were fixed to conduct exams in same pattern for all universities but then a question arises that Was this implemented ?. Now, 25th May has passed but still this is not seen implemented so students in large amount are stepping towards High Court in hope to get justice. Since last two months from March month student and various student organizations are struggling in order to fulfill their demand of conducting exams in same pattern and at equal levels but the desired output is not yet achieved, when the colleges reopened in February at that time the education minister said that the exams will be conducted in offline mode but still some universities conducted the exams of traditional courses in online pattern also some autonomous colleges from the minister took permission the letter to conduct online exams. Then now, when the students are demanding for the same pattern of exams. Where are we going wrong ?

When the education system was shifted from online mode to offline mode that time students were mentally prepared to give the offline descriptive exams. But then some universities are conducting offline descriptive where as some universities are conducting offline MCQ pattern exams. Also the students giving descriptive exams, no one has any clue about the declaration of the results of the exams. No where their is the calculation about receiving the results in the hands of students. Every where their is just the mess.

In the meeting it was decided to give the question bank to the students for preparation of exams. A lot's of time has passed but yet the question bank is not given. Now the exams are also about get started in the first week of June.

It's high time to get justice now. So all the students are stepping towards High court after struggling a lot via protests and discussions just to fulfill a simple demand of conducting exams in similar patterns for all the universities. Hoping for the positive results.

Uday Samant said that the decision to take the offline exam is taken by the Kulguru. Apart from this, how the exam will be conducted will also be decided by the Kulguru himself. Now it looks like all the universities are going to conduct the exam from MCQ offline based.
